We have three Mercedes, which is in part due to the stellar service that Luis and team provide. When our cars were newer we went to Simonson (which is also good, but very expensive), then found Pacific Motors which is a godsend for keeping older Mercedes in tip-top condition without breaking the bank. They have encyclopedic knowledge of Mercedes, are great communicators, honest and fairly priced. A real find.

Good independent mechanic in a part of town normally short on non-dealership service centers. Had a B service and a battery change done for a W212 here, reasonable prices for OEM parts and the car's still running well several thousand miles later
